When the Digital Wrench is started, an error message comes up stating "Run Time Error 3706, Provider Not Found".
This error usually comes up the first time the software is run after it is installed or after some other type of software application has been loaded on the PC
This particular error is caused when either the Microsoft Jet Database, or Data Access Components (MDAC) portions of Windows are damaged or missing. When the Digital Wrench tries to open it's vehicle database the Windows Database Drivers are not there or don't work.
Most often, using the Registry Cleanup Utility described in the How to run the DWRegCleanUp Utility" Article followed by reinstalling the Digital Wrench Software will solve the problem
