When the Digital Wrench Installer is started, an InstallShield Error message similar to the one shown below comes up.
The most common cause of this error is there are more than one instance of the installer running at the same time. This can happen when "clicking" the install button too many times or too quickly.
Close the error window by clicking Ok.
Make sure the installer is not running by either using the "Task Manager" (Windows NT, 2000 & XP) to shut down any processes called msieexec.exe or IDriver.exe
On Windows 95, 98, or ME the easiest way to get all install processes to stop is rebooting the computer.
Then, try to install the software again.
Remember, only install the Digital Wrench software from the CD by clicking on the appropriate button in the autorun program.
If the error is displayed again, try restarting the computer and then run the installer again.
